Duluth Minnesota
March 2014
I was traveling to Minnesota from Oregon to attend an Outward Bound Dog Sledding Course that was 8 days in Ely, Minnesota. On the way back to Duluth from Ely, I stopped and ate with my fellow Outward Bound Alumni and also spent time to see some of the sights. I was only able to spend a short time in Duluth but I was impressed by its rich history and truly wonderful sights. I certainly hope to go back soon. I got lucky that when I was there the whole lake was frozen over.
I made a joke about the town having so many wonderful things to photograph that being a great photographer would be easier in Duluth then where I am from in Southern Oregon where we lack culturally rich spots like Duluth. I hope you enjoy my shots!
Where we ate! Fitgers is So Good even by Oregon's top standards. I had to try a number of menu items. And the Bar was top notch.
